高频化、大功率电压控制型功率器件在开关过程中,由于母线寄生电感和功率模块自身电感的影响,会产生很高的尖峰电压,这种尖峰电压一方面增加了开关损耗,使系统发热增加,另一方面过高的尖峰电压会影响功率模块正常工作

所以,必须将开关过程的尖峰电压限制在允许范围内。降低开关过程中尖峰电压的途径有两种:一是通过选择合适的栅极驱动电阻来减小di/dt,从而减小尖峰电压,但弊端是导致dv/dt减小,开通时间和关断时间延长,进而增加开关损耗;二是减少直流回路功率母线的分布电感(寄生电感),这种方式通常采用叠层母排来降低尖峰电压。
